All my favorite blueberry desserts 🫐

Hey, Reader!

As the result of picking 10 lbs of blueberries a few weeks ago, there are three new blueberry recipes on my website this season!

And one of them just went up this morning ;)

My Favorite Blueberry Recipes

I just hit publish on these mini blueberry cheesecakes made with blueberry jam in a muffin pan!

This blueberry frozen custard has over 2 cups of berries in the base—and even more if you add in a blueberry jam swirl ;)

You can preserve your berries for months by cooking them down with sugar and lemon with this easy, no-pressure small batch blueberry jam recipe

Mini blueberry pies feature a jammy blueberry filling with a flaky crust and a crumble topping

I have more berry recipes on my website! You can find them easily by checking the "fruit" box under the Method tab in my Recipe Filter :)

Behind the Scenes

A cut flower garden with lots of blooms.
A homegrown flower arrangement in a glass vase.
Rows of wooden shelves with gouda cheese wheels
A tiny gray and white kitten climbing on Alyssa's leg
  • My cut flower garden is thriving!! I've harvested two very full bouquets (one pictured) and one smaller bouquet already this summer. I also have some zinnias in the front yard that are starting to bloom. I'll share pics of those next month when they're in their prime!
  • I went to a local cheesemaker not once but twice! It's the best gouda I've ever had, and they have tons of flavors. Austin and I went for his birthday in June and tried the habanero and garlic basil varieties. I then took my college roommates a couple weeks later, where we got the Mediterranean herb variety. They had a beautiful outdoor picnic area with koi ponds... and very adventurous tiny kittens that came to say hi 🥹
  • Not pictured: I hadn't eaten fresh peaches in a very long time, so I split a 20-lb box of peaches from a local farm (the same one where I get all my blueberries!) with one of my roommates. I've eaten 2-3 peaches a day ever since, so I guess I'm making up for lost time lol

May your summer be filled with the freshest produce around 🫐

Happy baking!
Alyssa

P.S. If you make any of these recipes, it would mean the world if you leave a review of how the recipe turned out! It goes a long way to let others know it's a tried and trusted recipe 💛
