Recipes you can make for your valentine ❤️

Happy almost Valentine's Day, Reader!

When it comes to Valentine's Day, I feel like there are two kinds of recipes: The ones that make cute little hearts out of everything in shades of red and pink, and the ones that overload on chocolate.

I love both, but I have more far more chocolate recipes than heart recipes on my website, so I guess that tells you where my preferences lie!

Speaking of, did you know that you can add The Floral Apron as a preferred source on Google?

You might have noticed that if you search for a keyword like "small batch focaccia," my focaccia recipe will sometimes show up at the top of the search results. And other times, you may have to scroll for a bit until you find mine.

If you add me as a preferred source, though, Google will prioritize showing you my easy-to-follow recipes with cleanup ratings when you search for a recipe idea! You can even add some of your other favorite bloggers and websites, too 🥰

It's free, and it helps Google provide you with more relevant search results!

That said, I'm sharing my favorite chocolatey Valentine's Day recipes below to save you a search ;)

Valentine's Favorites

"This recipe was excellent! ... was blown away by that beautiful muffin top that it created. This recipe is a keeper..won’t bother wasting time trying any others." -Lori

Jessica said, "The edges had a nice little crunch with soft centers. The flavor was on point, not too sweet w/ enough chocolate goodness."

If I dream about cheesecake, it's this one: Made with dark chocolate and cocoa powder for the best of both worlds.

"Absolutely delicious and simple!! Takes care of my sweet tooth!" -Buffy

Meagan said, "Absolutely fantastic! I made it over the weekend and it’s deliciously creamy with a rich chocolate flavor."

If non-chocolatey Valentine's Day recipes are more your thing (like Linzer cookies or red velvet cupcakes), I put all of my Valentine's Day recipes in one spot for you!

May your Valentine's Day be full of cute lil hearts and chocolate.

Happy baking!
Alyssa

P.S. If you make any of these recipes, it would mean the world if you leave a review of how the recipe turned out! It goes a long way to let others know it's a tried and trusted recipe 💛
